The Government reacted immediately to abolish the regime and announce that the £32 million pounds generated in fees since 2013 will be repaid.

The policy is unique in comparison with other similar products in the market as there is no obligation to follow best practice legal advice in order to still retain the benefit of the cover so clients can choose to make pragmatic decisions that carry risk if they wish.
The cost of our packages will largely depend on the number of workers in the business (and there may be a premium for businesses with a history of claims in the last 3 years).
