Jacksons Law Firm is delighted to announce that they have been awarded Team of the Year, Property (Commercial) at this year’s Northern Law Awards.
The firm’s property team was shortlisted earlier this year after submitting its nomination and was selected following an interview by a judging panel consisting of business leaders from the region. The team was up against some strong competition however, it stood apart from the other firms in the region due to its passion for delivering high standards of client care and team work. The firm was the only law firm, with a base in the Tees Valley, to walk away with an award on the night.
The commercial property team were presented with Team of the Year Property award in 2017, making it the only law firm to have won the Property award twice, since the launch of the Northern Law Awards in 2015. In 2018, the team was presented with an award for Property Law Firm of the Year, at the Insider North East Property Awards and was shortlisted once again, for the same award this year.
In addition, Jacksons was shortlisted in three other categories at the Northern Law Awards: Team of the Year Crime/Regulatory, Team of the Year Property (Residential) and Law Firm of the Year (6+ partners).
The Northern Law Awards, which is owned and produced by Echo events and Association Management, celebrates the great wealth of legal talent and success in the North East of England. All shortlisted firms are invited to meet the judges, to discuss their nomination and the winners are announced at a glamorous award dinner at The Hilton Hotel, Newcastle, Gateshead. Judges include those from legal, banking, automotive and recruitment sectors in the region.
