Now that the housing market is back in business our residential property team is primed and ready to assist clients with all residential property requirements. Our team are currently working remotely from home and are able to carry out the entirety of a transaction remotely.
At Jacksons we offer remote ID checking services via our @Thirdfort ID app and are able to deal with the majority of queries via e mail, post and phone. All of our office lines are diverted directly to working members of staff to ensure service levels are maintained.
Whilst face to face meetings are to be avoided where possible we have installed a number of screens to enable face to face meetings to take place in accordance with social distancing. Any meetings need to be made on an appointment basis and are discouraged unless absolutely necessary at this time, in accordance with Government guidelines.
