No one knew what to expect when the pandemic hit and the UK went into lockdown in March.
Fortunately at Jacksons, the management team had already formed a Covid 19 committee prior to the lockdown announcement, and were able to put plans into place quickly.
Jacksons’ Covid 19 committee includes four partners; Jane Armitage, Managing Partner, Erica Turner, Head of Commercial Property, Toby Joel, Head of Dispute Resolution and Debt Recovery and Tony Wentworth, Head of Corporate and Commercial.
During this episode of What’s The Law, you will hear a discussion from the committee on how they organised IT equipment for staff so that we could all work from home, communicated with staff throughout lockdown with daily updates and fun lunchtime challenges, what measures they have put in place, at both of our offices, to ensure the safety of our staff and clients and what they are doing to bring staff back into the office.
The committee is still working hard to ensure the pandemic has as little impact on the business as possible, and that Jacksons comes out of it stronger.
