Victoria Blackham, Solicitor , Residential Conveyancing New Build

Victoria graduated from Newcastle University with a Biology degree before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal practice from Northumbria University. Victoria has paralegal experience in commercial property, private client and family law.

Victoria works predominantly from the firms Newcastle office and specialises in dealing with newbuild purchases and related sales along with other residential work such as re-mortgages and transfer of equity.

Victoria qualified in January 2025 and currently works within our Residential Conveyancing team.

When not at work Victoria competes with her horse, Joey, at eventing, showjumping and dressage. Victoria also enjoys long walks with her partner and their dog
