Jacksons Law Firm have had space at Darlington Business Central since the summer of 2016 and we are enjoying working from a flexible working space in a great location.
We are keen to get to know our fellow tenants at Darlington Business Central, and other local businesses, and will be hosting a FREE breakfast networking meeting on the last Thursday of every month.
We are delighted to announce our guest speaker, for the first meeting of 2017, John Harrison, Director of Corporate Personal Fitness, who will be giving a talk on the importance of looking after the health and wellbeing of the workforce.
In the first of its kind outside London, Corporate Personal Fitness, sends qualified personal trainers into forward thinking businesses where they work directly with staff anxious to combat their sedentary lifestyle.
The talk will include:

- Simple tips to keep your teams in good shape
- Practical posture exercises – no lycra necessary!
