John Bewick attended the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and qualified as a solicitor in 1999. He trained and worked for many years at one of the largest commercial practices in the North East.
John specialises in a range of commercial property matters including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals; commercial leases and lease renewals; secured lending; portfolio work and advice on landlord and tenant issues and some development work.
John is a keen traveller and has enjoyed visiting various countries in the world including Canada, Europe and Australia visiting Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Cairns. John’s other interests include music and film and he is a fan of athletics.
