Katy Moody, Associate Solicitor, Head of Family Law

Katy joined Jacksons’ matrimonial team in August 2022.

She graduated from the University of Leeds before completing the LPC at BPP Law School and qualified as a solicitor in 2016.

Katy spent some time in a national firm in Leeds before moving back to the Teesside area in 2020.

She specializes in all private family matters including divorce, financial matters upon separation including cohabitee disputes, child arrangements, and protecting wealth including pre and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.

Katy is a member of Resolution and an accredited specialist in providing advice on financial matters including pension issues following separation
